About ROT13 & Caesar Cipher
ROT13 is a simple substitution cipher that replaces each letter with the letter 13 positions after it. Since there are 26 letters, applying ROT13 twice returns the original text.
Caesar cipher is the generalization where you can shift by any amount. Named after Julius Caesar who used it for military communications.
